San Francisco, California - David Jah and Kristopher Alexis-Clark were charged with conspiracy to commit arson, announced United States Attorney David L. Sacramento, California - Timothy Brian Harrison, 50, of South Lake Tahoe, was sentenced Tuesday by United States District Judge John A. Mendez to one year and one day in prison and ordered to pay $113,000 in restitution for two counts of excavation and removal of archaeological resources from public lands and one misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney McGregor W. Los Angeles, California - A Long Beach resident who traveled to Mexico to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor – and also enticed his victim to produce child pornography – was sentenced Monday to 120 months in federal prison.

Fresno, California - Nikko Adolfo Perez, 26, of Atwater, pleaded guilty Monday to the sexual exploitation of children, coercion and enticement of a minor, and receipt and distribution of child pornography, U.S. Attorney McGregor W. Scott announced.

Washington, DC - The FBI is seeking to identify businesses that may be victims of an alleged nationwide workers’ compensation insurance, health care insurance, and pension plan fraud scheme.
