Sacramento, California - A federal grand jury returned a four-count indictment Thursday against Thomas Wayne Capenhurst, 33, of Dixon, and Robert Lee McGraw, 20, of Fairfield, charging both men with conspiracy, malicious use of explosive materials, and using a destructive device during a crime of violence, U.S. Attorney McGregor W. Scott announced. The indictment also charges McGraw with possessing an unregistered destructive device.

Santa Ana, California - A San Gabriel Valley doctor who pleaded guilty to a federal drug trafficking charge for illegally distributing the powerful opioid best known by the brand name OxyContin was sentenced today to over 13 years in federal prison.

Fresno, California - Seth Adam Depiano, 36, of Clovis, pleaded guilty to mail fraud, wire fraud and money laundering in connection with a real estate investment Ponzi scheme, U.S. Attorney McGregor W. Scott announced.
