IID Board Candidates to Debate Listen Live on KXO Radio

El Centro, California - The Regional Government Affairs Committee of the El Centro and Brawley chambers of commerce will host a debate featuring the Imperial Irrigation District Division 2 and 4 candidates.
The debate is scheduled for Tuesday , May 22, 2012 from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the IID's Condit Auditorium on Broadway in El Centro. Candidates are running for the Division 2 seat currently held by Menvielle. Steve Benson , Jerry Santillan and Stella Mendoza are vying for the Division 4 seat currently held by Mendoza. The debate is open to the public and the audience will have the opportunity to submit questions directed to the candidates. No campaign paraphenalia will be permitted at the auditorium. The debate will be broadcast live on KXO AM1230 and webcast live on www.kxoradio.com. The debate will be rebroadcast on both AM1230 and KXO Radio FM107.5 as well as be available as a podcast on the kxo website. KXO Radio.com will also provide the podcast immediately following the debate as an archived broadcast.
