San Francisco, California - Sushovan Hussain, the former Chief Financial Officer of Autonomy Corporation plc, was convicted of one count of conspiracy, fourteen counts of wire fraud and one count of securities fraud by a federal jury Monday, announced Acting United States Attorney Alex G. Tse and Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent in Charge John F. Bennett. The verdict follows a two-month trial before the Honorable Charles R. Breyer, U.S. District Judge.

Los Angeles, California - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awarded nearly $12.75 million in Targeted Airshed Grants to the South Coast Air Quality Management District and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District to help tackle some of the country’s toughest air quality challenges. A total of $30 million in Targeted Airshed Grants will fund nine projects in Alaska, California, and Utah.
