Santa Rosa, California - The Noble Spoon, a Santa Rosa establishment, is recalling approximately 289 pounds of beef and chicken entree products that were produced without the benefit of federal inspection and do not have a federal mark of inspection, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced Saturday.
