Sacramento, California - John Steven Keplinger, 56, of Stockton, was sentenced Wednesday by United States District Judge Kimberly J. Mueller to two years and three months in prison and a $100,000 fine for mail fraud in connection with an auto engine scam, United States Attorney Benjamin B. Wagner announced.
