Washington, DC - The 2015 series of concerts will be inaugurated by the Navy Band on Monday, June 1. All concerts will commence at 8:00 p.m. and are held on the U.S. Capitol West Front Steps (National Mall side) - weather permitting. Set-up will begin at 4:00 p.m.
