Washington, DC - Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo spoke with Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe Monday to express his deepest condolences following the horrific terrorist attacks of April 21, in which several Americans were tragically killed or injured.

The Secretary offered the full support of the U.S. government in bringing the perpetrators to justice. The United States grieves with the Sri Lankan people and stands with them in the fight to defeat terrorism and extremism.
