Rochester, Minnesota - Men 55 to 69 should talk with their health care provider about screening for prostate cancer that's based on prostate-specific antigen, or PSA. That's according to new recommendations for men from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force that are broken down by age:

However, a 2017 study published in Annals of Emergency Medicine found that's not true. According to Dr. Molly Jeffery, lead author of the study and scientific director of the Mayo Clinic Division of Emergency Medicine Research, the research revealed that the opioid prescriptions given in the emergency department are limited.
