Brown Jr. Thursday announced that he has signed tribal-state gaming compacts between the State of California and the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians of the Big Valley Rancheria and the Torres Martinez Band of Desert Cahuilla Indians, as well as an amendment to the current tribal-state gaming compact with the Habematolel Pomo of Upper Lake.
