Saratoga Doctor Sentenced To More Than Five Years In Prison For Health Care Fraud

San Jose, California - Vilasini Ganesh was sentenced to 63 months in prison for health care fraud and making false statements related to a health care benefits program, announced United States Attorney Alex G. Tse and Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent in Charge John F. Bennett. The sentence was handed down by the Honorable Lucy H. Koh, U.S. District Judge.
