El Centro, California - During the afternoon hours of Tuesday, Imperial County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested forty four year old Michael Wallace Pendley in the City of El Centro, Ca. Pendley was charged with attempted lewd acts on a child under 14 years of age, attempted removal of child without parental consent, meeting with a minor to commit a sexual act, arranging to meet with a minor to commit a sexual act and resisting arrest.
