Norfolk, Virginia - Two F/A-18F Super Hornets assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 211 flying off the coast of Cape Hatteras were involved in an in-flight mishap at approximately 10:40 a.m. local time. The flight was part of a routine training mission.

The agreement will promote increased cooperation and communication among the competition agencies in both countries.

Washington, DC - The U.S. Food and Drug Administration today finalized a new food safety rule under the landmark, bipartisan FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) that will help to prevent wide-scale public health harm by requiring companies in the United States and abroad to take steps to prevent intentional adulteration of the food supply. While such acts are unlikely to occur, the new rule advances mitigation strategies to further protect the food supply.

Salton City, California - Last night at about 2109 hours, Deputies responded to 1100 block of Barbara Ave. in Salton City reference a home invasion. The reporting party advised 3 black male adults forced their way into the residence and started beating and robbing them. There were a total of four (4) victims. The reporting party advised one victim was still passed out on the floor.
