Washington, DC - Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Daniel Russel will travel to New York City on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 for a series of engagements to foster better understanding and discussion of U.S.–Korea relations among foreign policy experts and stakeholders in the relationship.

Assistant Secretary Russel will deliver a speech before members of the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the United States and participate in a roundtable discussion at the Korea Society.  He will also visit Google’s New York City offices to learn more about the importance of U.S. engagement with the Asia-Pacific region to the company’s growth and as a source of innovation.
