Falls Church, Virginia - The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) today announced that Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch has appointed Molly Kendall Clark, Ellen Liebowitz, and Blair T. O’Connor as board members to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). The BIA is responsible for hearing appeals from certain decisions rendered by immigration judges and by district directors of the Department of Homeland Security. It is the highest administrative body for interpreting and applying federal immigration laws.

Washington, DC - Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack today announced an investment of $25 million targeted to help agriculture producers improve water quality in high-priority streams and rivers across the country. Through the National Water Quality Initiative (NWQI), USDA's Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) will help agricultural producers in 187 priority watersheds apply conservation measures that contribute to cleaner water downstream.
