Washington, DC - Seniors with their first computers can be too "friendly" on Facebook and other social networks, according to the Association of Mature American Citizens.
These sites are designed as an easy way of sharing information with friends and family, but they can also be a goldmine for identity thieves, scammers and the like, says AMAC. So, check the security options on the site to limit who can see what you are posting. And, don't be so quick to accept a "friend" request from people you don't know.
