White Hall, Alabama - As the nation commemorates the 50th Anniversary of Bloody Sunday and the Selma-toMontgomery Voting Rights March, elected officials from communities along the Selma-to-Montgomery National Historic Trail will join Montgomery Mayor Todd Strange, Selma Mayor George Evans and White Hall Mayor James Walker on Friday, February 20, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. CST to kick-off National Voter Registration Month with an event at the Selma to Montgomery NHT - Lowndes Interpretive Center as a tribute the foot soldiers of the Civil Rights movement.

Direction to the Lowndes Interpretive Center
From Atlanta: Follow I-85 South to Montgomery. Continue onto I-65 South. From I-65 South, take exit 167 (Hwy 80 West) to Selma. Travel approximately 23.5 miles to White Hall, Alabama. The interpretive center will be on the right.

From Birmingham: Take I-65 South to Montgomery. Take exit 167 (Hwy 80 West) to Selma. Travel approximately 23.5 miles to White Hall, Alabama. The interpretive center will be on the right.
