Washington, DC - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will deliver brief remarks at the Washington Passport Agency at 4:30 p.m.on July, 12, 2016 at 600 19th Street NW. The Secretary will highlight the need for U.S. citizens planning overseas travel to apply early for their passports in light of the current record-breaking passport surge.

The Secretary will also introduce the State Department’s innovations in providing services to U.S. citizens, under the new banner of “Mission One.” An initiative that expands and modernizes the services the Department offers to U.S. citizens.
