Sacramento, California - Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. today issued a proclamation declaring June 18, 2016 as “Juneteenth National Freedom Day: A day of observance” in the State of California.

Sacramento, California - Assemblymember Eduardo Garcia (D-Coachella) supported the passage of the 2016-2017 state budget agreement between the State Legislature and Governor Edmund G. Brown.
